After 3 companies established, 1 exit, and a few companies consulted, I wanted to understand how Innovation really worked, this is where I went to Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and decided to study a Masters in Innovation. Watching how Innovation plays a huge role in competitiveness and growth, I needed to become an expert and create a way that any company (although I mostly work with SMEs and Startups, any company can innovate) could implement a system to manage innovation in their companies and visualize the growth and reach their potential with their own eyes. By going deep in the companies, starting with their finances, moving up to the way they are operated and administrated, analyzing their products/services and business model, their culture and customer experience, innovation will help reorganize the company and take it to unknown levels.

I consider myself a Human Consultant, because I choose the companies I work with and establish a deep and long term relationship based on trust and respect.
